Relaxation oil contains vegetable oils and herbs - all composed to provide a relaxing effect. Several of these have mild sedative and relaxing properties and is used with great success in many ointments and massage oils. Relaxation oil contains e.g. ylang-ylang, lavender, rosemary and mandarin.
Moisten fingertips with relaxation oil and gently massage into the forehead, temples and neck. Even shoulders and low back are areas that could usefully be massaged with oil. Relaxation oil comprises only natural substances and can be advantageously used in aromatherapy in the bath. You can also try to use the oil in a lamp designed for aromatherapy. The specially selected herbs have a physically relaxing effect and the essential oils provide an aromatic therapy effect.
