Scandinavian Herb's M milk can be used on your tired and rigid body for a quick and beneficial effect. M-milk has the same beneficial and pleasant effect as the Scandinavian Herbs massage cream.
Many of these herbs are well known and often used in liniment and other massage products and give a cooling feeling.
Smooth out the m milk thinly over the affected area. Massage is not necessary but it is excellent to massage with it.

Beheneth -10 - Emulsification peanut oil
Cetyl alcohol - Cetyl alcohol
Glycerin - Glycerol
Helianthus annuus - Sunflower oil
